Jason Haymore
Attorney

Jason Haymore is an experienced and trusted advisor who is dedicated to helping families plan and carry out their estate plans. He graduated from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010. During law school, Jason served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review.

Jason is the Director of Estate Planning at Elysium Financial and has a strong reputation for being an educator and is a regular instructor at estate planning seminars and events. He has worked with hundreds of families to create and build estate plans focused on simplicity, common sense, and family harmony. His clients range from those with large taxable estates to those just starting to accumulate wealth.

Jason is known for his insistence on ensuring that all plans are kept up to date and fully completed. When the need for trust administration or probate arises, Jason works carefully with families to navigate the process as efficiently as possible.

In addition to estate planning, Jason uses common-sense asset protection strategies when necessary to assist clients in protecting their assets from frivolous lawsuits, unexpected liabilities, or end-of-life healthcare expenses.

Jennifer Valentina

Jennifer Valentina settled in Utah initially due to her love of animals. After obtaining her second college degree in Zoo Animal Technology in Florida, she moved to Utah in 1999 to work at the Tracy Aviary. 15 years later, she retired from animal care to spend more time with her young children. It did not take long for Jennifer to get back out into the workplace, where she tried her hand at teaching and even delivering the mail. When a position opened up at Pearson Butler in reception, she tapped into her experience working reception at a doctor’s office in college and quickly became indispensable to the law firm and, by extension, Elysium. She spent five years as the Billing Specialist for Elysium. While this work kept her busy, it didn’t fulfill her need to be helping clients directly. When the opportunity to be the Funding Coordinator was presented to her, she jumped at the chance. Now she spends her days helping clients bridge the gap between their Estate Plans and their retirement and investment goals.

Ryan Carrington

Ryan’s passion for investing was sparked during an internship at a hedge fund while in college—an experience that set the foundation for his career in investment banking and asset management. Over the years, he has managed assets for institutional clients, private wealth platforms, and family offices, developing a deep expertise in constructing investment strategies suitable for the needs of his clients.

Ryan joined Elysium to apply his institutional investment management experience in a way that more directly impacts individuals and families. His approach is rooted in two key principles: First, a client’s trust must be earned. Second, every solution and service should be designed with the client’s best interests at heart.

Ryan’s business philosophy was shaped early on by watching his father conduct business with integrity and by running his own window-washing company while in college. These experiences instilled in him the importance of fostering strong client relationships and delivering real value—lessons that have only strengthened throughout his career.

Ryan holds a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). When he’s not advising clients and investing on their behalf, he loves spending time with his family. He also has a passion for playing tennis and has enjoyed playing on courts all over the world.

With a passion for AI research, innovation, and efficiency, she leverages academic insight with real-world experience to drive sustainable growth and ensure robust compliance frameworks. She holds her FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, 24, and 53, along with state insurance licenses. She holds a doctorate in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a research focus on the leadership of organizational AI. She received her Master Study of Law in Organizational Ethics and Compliance from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and dual Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. She developed a love for helping people that has translated into providing personalized service for each and every client.
